Hi Slim Buddies,
rn
I have four beautiful daughters, and one of them I will talk about today. My daughter Val is a beautiful girl who played basketball for eight years. She played four years in high school, and four years in college. She was skinny as a rail during this active period time of her life. She now has three wonderful boys, and feels the need to become more healthy, and fit.
rn
Val was always athletic, but being in the house with babies curtails the active life style of an athlete. You are busy as a homemaker, but in a different way. She never stopped doing things for her family, she drove the boys endlessly to their games, and was supportive of whatever they were doing. Finally she decided to just get healthy.

Vals’ neighborhood is condusive to having as many walking partners as you could ever wish for. She started walking, and was feeling very winded. Her friend who had been walking for awhile was sailing up the hills, and giving Val a pep talk on going faster, and doing better. Val said, “I am not worried about all that I am just wanting to get to the top of the hill.
rn
Months later Val is doing so well, she feels healthier, and slimmer. She lost twenty two pounds, and feels great. She is getting a lot of compliments as people can tell she is getting slimmer. Val is working out about an hour a day at the YMCA. I am so proud of her. I always was whether she was at her optimum or not.

She got to the top of the hill; now the sailing is easier! You can get to the top of the hill also! All of you keep on trying.
rn
Take care of yourselves!
