Brrr
It is cold, and rainy out today. I keep a little umbrella in the car in case I get caught somewhere, and it starts to rain.
I got an hour in on the exercise bike this morning. I was going to do some running around, but I don’t really like driving around in the rain. I made a quick trip to the store to get some puppy food, and some raisin bread for me. I have been watching my calories, although I haven’t been logging them.
Yesterday I wore a really nice outfit to get my picture taken with my new grandson. I really was pleased with myself, when I could just slip into a smaller size without much thought. The baby is filling out, and in my unbiased grandmotherly opinion, is beautiful. lol
Today it was cold, and I put my medium jacket on, and it fits perfectly. Milestones like a sizes changing sure is motivating. Today my lunch had a lot of calories, but I have them worked in with the calories for the day.
Most of my day revolves around my new puppy, who thinks she is the center of the universe. She is getting housebroke for the most part, but she requires a lot of vigilance. Right now she is a lot of work, but hopefully all the work I am doing with her will make her a good dog to be around, not only for me, but for others. I have been taking her with me to visit with everyone so she will be socialized. So far so good.

Nothing feels better than putting on a piece of clothing and seeing how nice you look and feel in it. Especially when it’s a smaller size. What a feeling!

I love puppies, I also know how hard it can be caring for them and training them. It’s really like having a new baby in the home. Good luck.
What kind of puppy is it?? I have a shar pei. She’s just now a year old and WONDERFUL. I put LOTS of work into her house breaking and behavior. She really is a great dog for the most part. She loves people and animals. She goes absolutely everywhere. Now our little Maltese.. grrr.. not sure she will ever even out! Just when I think she is getting it.. NOPE!
