Six months ago
Hi everyone,
It has been six months now since my “cookie monster” had his accident, and died. Surprisingly I am okay, still stunned that my lifetime partner is gone.
Yesterday I went to a very lovely turkey dinner: I helped with the cleanup while my sons’ mother in law cooked. The dinner was beautiful, and I took just a little of everything. My eating habits are ingrained now, and I am still losing; little by little. I am not really having to try too much as my habits have taken over.
I still exercise an hour a day on the exercise bike, and am planning on doing more variations of exercises soon. I want to do more upper body exercises to increase my strength. I was doing hand exercises, but my grandson gave my hand exercise ball to my dog. Oh well! lol
I hope all of you are well, and having great success with your new healthy lifestyles.
Take care,
Luella

I know it’s hard without your loved ones. I lost my grandmother this year. It’s good that your habits aer becoming ingrained. Makes this easier. Keep up the good work! Good luck!
I am glad to hear you are doing so well with your eating! I hope good eating habits become ingrained for me soon!
