Hard rain
Hi Everyone,
Today I went up to the mountains to visit my daughter and family. On the way back I was in the heaviest rainfall that I have ever been in, it rained extremely hard. My car had been cleaned as if it had gone through a car wash. lol
My life is pretty quiet, and I am busy teaching my dog pet manners. She is really a good dog, but likes to bark a lot. We have been walking, and I take a squirt bottle to keep her from barking too much.
Today there was a lot of carbohydrates, which I had. I didn’t eat any buns. I tried to limit myself to mostly fruit. I had one can of pop, and then some water. Today wasn’t a day to brag about too much.

Oh, oh, please take me to the mountains with you!! I am from W VA and would love to see my beloved mountains again. Louisville is sooo flat. Have a great weekend and enjoy your doggie. Hugs, Marge ….love the word pop, everyone here says soda or soft drink. In W VA we said pop.

At least you didn’t have buns. Those are diet killers in my book. That white bread is so hard to work off. lol Have a great week!
